Jo Stanford is a Chartered Project Professional and Fellow of the Association for Project Management and a project and change professional primarily working in the healthcare sector. She has a background in professional portfolio, programme, project and organisational change management in the arts, private, public sector, and for the last 20+ years, in healthcare and the NHS. She is passionate about the development of project and change capability in the public sector. As the CEO of the Healthcare Project and Change Association Community Interest Company she collaborates with national organisations and the other professional associations to develop project and change capability for all, to improve and innovate services for the benefit of patients and the population.
